Schedule and cancellation policy

Appointments are scheduled in accordance with client's availability and the planner shown below. Appointments can be cancelled free of charge if in timely manner (72 hours before the arranged appointment). In case of unjustified and untimely cancellation (less than 72 hours before the arranged appointment), the party responsible for unjustified cancellation takes legal consequences and material responsibility.
